We please ask that you kindly RSVP for all 3 nights by 15 September 2025. If you are able to attend, we will confirm your room with the venue upon receipt of your RSVP. Please note that the venue will charge us in advance for your room. Any cancellations at a later date will still incur the full room cost that we will unfortunately be unable to cover at this point.
